Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 14 days after shipment. Items should not have been worn, altered, washed or damaged and items should have ALL original tags attached.

Elephantito issues store credit for all returns.

Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days.

In the case of returned items, ELEPHANTITO will issue store credit in the amount of your return. STORE CREDIT IS GOOD FOR 12 MONTHS.

ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please contact (888) 776-9541 or customerservice@elephantito.com to obtain the exchange or return number. Without a valid return number store credits and exchanges will not be processed.

All packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please note that ELEPHANTITO will pay the shipping charges for sending the exchanged item(s) back to you. It is your responsibility to pay for the return of the item(s) back to our offices. For any additional exchanges after the first exchange, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return an item in a store?

Under no circumstances may you return an item purchased on Elephantito.com to an Elephantito stockist.

Some Special SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We make it as clear as possible on the website when sales are final.
