Our Business and Supply Chain
Elephantito is a brand specializing in children’s footwear. Our products are manufactured through a small and controlled production network consisting of two facilities: one operated directly by the company and one long-standing partner manufacturing facility.
By maintaining a limited and transparent supply chain, Elephantito is able to maintain direct oversight of its production partners and the working conditions under which its products are manufactured.
Labour Standards and Ethical Practices
Elephantito requires that all workers involved in the manufacturing of its products are legally employed adults and that employment practices comply with applicable local labour laws and regulations. This includes compliance with requirements relating to wages, working hours, workplace safety, and employee protections.
Elephantito does not tolerate forced labour, child labour, or any form of exploitation within its operations or supply chain. Production is limited to approved facilities, and unauthorized subcontracting is not permitted.
Risk Awareness and Oversight
Due to the intentionally small and closely managed supply chain, oversight of labour standards and ethical practices is handled directly by company leadership. Maintaining direct relationships with production partners allows the company to monitor working conditions and remain aware of potential risks related to labour practices.
