I love the suede penny loafers for little boys and had ordered off of another website but unfortunately sizing is soo off they were tight. I needed them for my sisters wedding and I was also travelling. There was no way I could get new ones in time unless in store. Desperately I emailed Eliphantito after realizing they also ship to the US and Maria Frallicciardi posted them out asap and I was able to get them just in time for the wedding ! Amazing customer service
