I love the suede penny loafers for little boys and had ordered off of another website but unfortunately sizing is soo off they were tight. I needed them for my sisters wedding and I was also travelling. There was no way I could get new ones in time unless in store. Desperately I emailed Eliphantito after realizing they also ship to the US and Maria Frallicciardi posted them out asap and I was able to get them just in time for the wedding ! Amazing customer service

Hi there, thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re delighted Maria could help get the loafers to you in time for your sister’s wedding. We hope it was a wonderful day, and we truly appreciate your kind words and support!
