Returnable Items

Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment from ELEPHANTITO.

To initiate a return, contact Customerservice@elephantito.com to receive step-by-step instructions and return label.

 

When shipping a return by mail, please adhere to these guidelines:

Items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Item packaging may include Elephantito boxes that should not be used as mailing box.

 

We offer two refund options for returnable merchandise:

  • You can choose to return for merchandise credit (Gift Card) and enjoy free return shipping. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.)
  • You can choose to return for a refund to the original form of payment and pay a $9.99 return shipping fee.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items are listed as “Final Sale” by ELEPHANTITO. We notify you when an item is final sale in the product description.

 

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from ELEPHANTITO, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. You can contact us by e-mail only at Customerservice@elephantito.com.

 

Refund Timelines

ELEPHANTITO will begin processing your return between 3 to 5 business days as it is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming the processing of your return or refund.

 

If you opted for a refund to the original form of payment (less a $9.99 return shipping fee), you will see your refund within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
